Campie Real Ltd is a large privately owned real estate company with it's headquarters located in Campsie, on the outskirts of Derry, Co Londonderry.

Formed in 1984 by Michael Black, to purchase and subdivide the one million square feet former Courtaulds building, Campsie Real Ltd is now an established and respected firm specialising in the rental of warehousing and industrial property.

Currently the company operates on two main sites, Campsie Real Estate on the outskirts of Derry, and Northland Road Industrial Estate in the heart of the city.

The Campsie Real portfolio includes units of various sizes ranging from 1,100 - 57,000 square feet.
